What bookonline.ink is

A booking tool. The artist or shop you book with runs their own business: they set their prices, deposits, hours, and policies, decide which ideas to take, and do the tattoo. We are not the artist and we don't tattoo anyone, so questions about the work itself go to them.

Booking

• A request is not a booking. You're booked when the artist says yes and any deposit they ask for is paid; your status page always says which.
• Give real contact details and describe your idea honestly. You must be 18 or older, or meet the law where the artist works.
• Cancellations, rescheduling, lateness, no-shows, and whether a deposit comes back follow the artist's own policies, which they show before you pick a time.

Deposits and fees

The artist sets the deposit. When a deposit is paid through bookonline.ink Payments, a booking fee may apply; it is shown as its own line before you pay, and our fee schedule is public. Deposits paid through bookonline.ink Payments are collected by Tattware LLC, the company behind bookonline.ink: that is the name on the checkout page and your receipt, and your card statement reads BOOKONLINE followed by your artist's or shop's name. Tips carry no fee. Artists who take deposits another way (Venmo, cash, and so on) handle that money themselves.

Text messages

If you tick "Text me about this booking," we text you about that booking: the confirmation, reminders, and changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the privacy policy for how we handle your number.

What you upload

Your photos, links, and words stay yours. You let us store them and show them to the artist you're booking with so they can plan your tattoo. Only upload what you have the right to share.

If you're an artist

We can open your account the way you see it to help you set it up, chase a bug, or check for abuse. There's no switch for this; each look is listed on your Profile.

Your art stays yours. While "Show my art on tattware.com" is on, you give Tattware a non-exclusive license to show the art you picked (your Background, your pieces, or both) on tattware.com, credited to you and linked to your page. Nothing else: we don't sell it, license it to anyone, or use it anywhere else, and turning the switch off ends the license.

Fair use

Don't book slots you don't intend to keep, send spam, pretend to be someone else, or try to break the service. We may block anyone who does.

Our part

We work hard to keep the service running and your booking accurate, but it is provided as is. We aren't responsible for the artist's work, their decisions, or what happens at the appointment. As far as the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months. Governing law: the state of Florida.
